In Lithium 5.0, you are no longer restricted to the built-in device monitoring support and generic SNMP alternatives. Whatever you want to monitor, as long as it supports SNMP and you have the SNMP MIB files from the vendor then you’re set.

Using Module Builder, simply load the third-party SNMP MIBs and point Module Builder at a live device on your network. Module Builder will examine what information is available from the device referencing the vendor-supplied SNMP MIB files. The information available via SNMP is presented on the left-hand-side of module builder in a neatly grouped tree view. Simple drag what you want Lithium to monitor from the left-hand-side to the Module Structure pane on the right-hand-side. Upload the module to Lithium Core directly from within Module Builder and it’s ready to use.
